• Affiliated Physicians provides you with one point of contact to assist with the scheduling all of your corporate locations and to ensure that your program runs smoothly and efficiently.

Highly trained registered nurses

• Our friendly and compassionate team of nurses are trained and employed by Affiliated Physicians. Clients have the option of working with the same nurses year after year.

Employee education -- provided at no cost to your company

• We provide our clients with flu education and program promotion tools at no charge to your company. This includes a series of email communications targeted at increasing employee awareness and participation, pre-printed posters, pamphlets, desk-drop flyers, and educational videos.

Promotion program to ensure maximal participation

• In 2007, Affiliated Physicians introduced the “Health Spa and Resort Getaway for Two Sweepstakes” at no charge to employers or employees. This health-oriented fun and effective promotion helped increase employee awareness, flu education and vaccination with a per program increase of up to 43% in the number of shots given in 2007 versus 2006. We will be offering a similar participation-building program again in 2008 at no charge to your company or employees.

Fast and easy program reservation

• At any time, you may use our simple online program reservation page at www.apfluwatch.com/wwp.php
• Reserve your program(s) for the next flu season; indicate all participating offices and number of employees at each; reserve preferred program dates and times.

Online employee scheduling

• Affiliated Physicians understands that flu program coordinators can spend excessive time scheduling employees for their shots. Our secure online registration provides a fast and easy way for your employees to sign up for the dates and times you have slotted for them to receive their shots.

Online access to employee schedule and utilization reports

• Companies receive a username and password to access a report generator to monitor employee registration progress and approve daily schedules at any time. Reports can be viewed online and can also be downloaded to print. These reports alert you to the possible need for adding times and/or days to your flu shot schedule, or to increase your flu shot program promotion in the workplace to increase awareness and encourage greater participation.

Program flexibility

• Affiliated Physicians’ programs are flexible, allowing our clients to extend their programs on any given day, or schedule a return date to accommodate unanticipated program participation.

• Affiliated Physicians provides superior customer service. Our one point of contact and team of highly-trained nurses work to answer all of your questions and meet all of your needs.

Voucher program available for smaller corporate locations

• For smaller regional offices that do not have an onsite program, Affiliated Physicians will coordinate the administration of flu vaccinations with a physician’s office closest to a Client facility. Affiliated Physicians will provide the Client contact with vouchers to be distributed to employees. The voucher will indicate the local physician’s office at which the voucher can be used
