Step 1: Reserve your program (Client Responsibility)

• You reserve your program(s) online or speak to a knowledgeable, courteous flu vaccination representative:

Step 2: Schedule dates and times

• We will work with you to schedule the date(s), time(s) and location(s) that best fit your needs.

Step 3: Reserve vaccine

• We will reserve vaccine for your group(s) based on the total number of employees at each location, prior utilization (if any) and a projection based on our having planned and implemented thousands of programs without a hitch.

Step 4: Employees register (online)

• We have an online employee registration tool available for you to use at no charge to your company. It is user-friendly, fast and easy. You have 24/7 access to reports to keep you informed of sign-up status.

Step 5: Free flu education materials

• We provide employee education and program promotion materials, at no charge to your company, to help increase employee awareness and participation.

Step 6: Promote vaccination day (Client Responsibility)

• You can make the difference between a good program and a really great program. We provide all of the tools you need, but only you can make sure they’re used to promote vaccination day. We even provide a tried and true promotion timetable that shows the best times to send emails, put up posters and more.

Step 7: Assign experienced Registered Nurses

• We send you only Registered Nurses to administer your worksite program and the flu shots. They are highly trained, experienced, friendly and courteous. In fact, many clients ask for “their nurse” by name year after year.

Step 8: Minimize workplace disruption

• We know you need as little disruption in the workplace as possible, so we get to you on time, finish as required, clean up the vaccination site and report to you upon completion (if desired).

Step 9: Management of vaccination day

• We manage vaccination day so you don’t have to. We have run thousands of “hassle-free” vaccination days in many different kinds of corporate environments. We know what’s needed to help you out not tie you up.

Step 10: Wrap-up with utilization reports

• We will provide you with utilization reports for each of your programs including employee sign-in. These match up with program billing to insure “hassle-free” completion of your program.
